Request deletion of an Enlogy account and associated personal data without reinstalling an application.

Use the email action below or write to info@enlogy.com with the subject Enlogy account and data deletion request. State your registered email, organisation/tenant, relevant application and whether you request account deletion, specific data deletion or both. Prefer the registered email and do not send passwords, API keys or tokens. You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion.
Verification and what deletion covers
We verify that the request belongs to the account holder and clarify the affected service. The assessment includes the personal account/profile and associated personal records we control; access and linked authorisations are removed as applicable. Deleting a personal account does not automatically delete shared facility telemetry, another user’s records or a customer-controlled tenant. Customer data requests may need coordination with the organisation’s administrator/controller.
Timing, retained records and confirmation
We assess requests promptly and communicate the result within the applicable statutory period, including the 30-day KVKK response period. Records required for legal obligations, dispute protection or legitimate security purposes may be retained for the necessary period; we explain any relevant exception and period in the response. Backup and customer/provider copies follow their own retention arrangements and are not all erased by one instant action. This is a request pathway, not an assertion that deletion has already occurred.
Connected platforms and subscriptions
Uninstalling an app, disconnecting ChatGPT/Claude or revoking an API token is different from deleting your Enlogy account. Deletion of conversations or copies held by an external platform is requested from that platform. Any separately purchased platform subscription must be managed through the applicable provider; deleting an Enlogy account does not automatically cancel unrelated subscriptions.
