Enlogy is provided by Gökbilge Makine İnşaat Bilişim Tic. Ltd. Şti.. These terms apply to website use and applicable Enlogy applications and integrations. A signed service agreement, order and deployment specification define licensed functions, fees, support and operating authority; these website terms do not create a paid subscription or modify that agreement.
Authorised use and security
Access only tenants, facilities and data you are authorised to use. Protect your account and credentials; do not bypass permissions, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt services or disclose another party’s data without authority. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Operational decisions and AI outputs
Dashboards, forecasts and AI recommendations depend on source quality and operating context. Review their inputs and limits before making decisions. Remote commands and control actions require the project’s authorised roles and safety procedures. An AI conversation does not itself grant operating authority or replace protective equipment and engineering procedures.
Third-party platforms and intellectual property
Apple, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic and other platforms are separate providers with their own terms. Their names describe integration surfaces and do not imply endorsement. Enlogy software, branding and website materials remain subject to their owners’ intellectual property rights; customer data ownership and use permissions follow the service agreement.
Availability, rights and changes
Available platforms and functions vary by release, deployment and permissions. Contractual service levels and liability provisions remain in the applicable agreement; mandatory statutory rights are not excluded by these terms.
