info@enlogy.comScope and responsible organisation
Gökbilge Makine İnşaat Bilişim Tic. Ltd. Şti. is responsible for the Enlogy website’s contact enquiries and its own service administration. For a customer’s facility and personnel data, the customer may be the data controller and the company a processor under the deployment agreement. This distinction depends on the processing activity, not the application store. Contact: info@enlogy.com.
Contact and support information
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email, optional company name and message. A successful request includes a request ID. With analytics permission, a limited landing/source path, referrer host and approved campaign fields may accompany it. Messages are delivered by email; an optional configured CRM can receive the enquiry. Do not include passwords, API secrets, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information.
Accounts, facility data and access
Where an account-based Enlogy service is enabled, processing can include account/contact details, tenant membership, role permissions, authentication/session records, security events and the operational data needed for authorised dashboards, reports and analysis. Industrial telemetry may include personal data when linked to an identifiable person. Device identifiers, diagnostics, notification tokens and permissions depend on the actual application version and enabled features; the release’s notices and device permission prompts identify them.
Optional website measurement
Google Analytics/GTM loading and application-generated analytics events depend on your cookie choices. Analytics, advertising measurement and personalisation are separate options. The site does not send form names, email addresses, company names or message text as analytics event parameters. Google can receive technical request information when an authorised tag runs. Other tags inside a configured GTM container depend on that container’s consent rules.
AI, ChatGPT, Claude and MCP connections
When you authorise an AI platform to access Enlogy, the platform can receive the tool inputs and results needed for the requested operation, including permitted facility data. Review the requested permissions before connecting and share only data you are entitled to disclose. The external AI platform processes prompts, conversation content and returned data under its own terms and privacy policy. Disconnecting the integration stops future authorised access; deletion of the platform’s copies requires a separate request to that provider.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use information to answer requests, administer agreed services, provide authorised operations and support, protect access, meet legal obligations and handle rights requests. Depending on the activity, processing relies on contract necessity, legal obligations, establishment/exercise/protection of rights or proportionate legitimate interests under applicable law. Optional cookie-based analytics and advertising use your separate choice. The KVKK notice explains the Turkish legal grounds; reading a notice is not blanket consent.
Recipients and international services
Information can be available to authorised company personnel, the customer’s authorised administrators and contracted hosting, email, support or CRM providers to perform the stated service; lawful requests can require disclosure to competent authorities. Google and a connected AI platform receive data only within the relevant enabled integration and permission scope. Depending on the provider and deployment, processing abroad may occur. Cookie consent does not by itself establish the safeguards required for international transfers; ask info@enlogy.com for the recipients, locations and applicable transfer arrangement for your deployment.
Retention and deletion
The website’s cookie choice is stored for up to 180 days. Analytics attribution in session storage lasts for the browser tab session; the form’s in-process anti-abuse window is 10 minutes. Enquiry/support correspondence is kept while the request and related business relationship require it; legal obligations and rights disputes can require longer retention. Account and facility-data retention is defined by the customer’s service/deployment agreement and provider settings. These records do not all share a fixed deletion date. Request the applicable period and deletion of data no longer needed through info@enlogy.com; the account deletion page explains verification, exceptions and third-party copies.
Your rights and contact
You can request information, access, correction and deletion, withdraw optional consent and exercise other rights available under applicable law. Where GDPR applies, rights may also include restriction, objection and portability, subject to its conditions. Contact info@enlogy.com and identify the service and request without sending credentials. Enlogy is intended for authorised energy/industrial operations, not as a children’s consumer service. Material changes are reflected in this dated policy.
