2. Categories, collection and purposes
Data is obtained electronically from forms, email, authorised account/integration use, technical requests and optional cookies. Contact/identity data supports enquiry and account handling; correspondence supports requests and support; tenant/role and access records support authorisation and security; facility data supports contracted monitoring, reporting and analysis; consent records and optional usage data support preference management and permitted measurement. Only categories required for the enabled service apply.
3. Legal grounds
Under Article 5 of Law No. 6698, the relevant activity can rely on necessity for entering into or performing a contract (5/2-c), the controller’s legal obligation (5/2-ç), establishment/exercise/protection of a right (5/2-e), or necessary legitimate interests that do not impair fundamental rights (5/2-f). Where required, explicit consent under Article 5/1 is obtained separately, including optional analytics/advertising choices. Acknowledging this notice does not create consent for unrelated uses.
4. Recipients and transfer purposes
For service delivery and support, data can be disclosed to authorised company teams, customer administrators and contracted hosting/email/support/CRM providers; legal obligations may require disclosure to competent authorities. Optional Google measurement and user-authorised AI/MCP connections involve their respective providers within the stated purpose and permissions. Domestic transfers are subject to Article 8. International transfers are subject to the applicable conditions and safeguards in Article 9; a cookie choice is not a substitute for those safeguards. Contact us for deployment-specific transfer information.
5. Retention and the 4 October update
The current website update introduces separate cookie choices and Consent Mode v2, blocks optional measurement before permission, and links successful enquiries to a request ID with limited attribution and optional CRM handoff. Cookie choices last up to 180 days, browser-tab attribution lasts for the session, and the anti-abuse counter’s window is 10 minutes. Correspondence and service records follow their purpose, contractual retention and mandatory legal requirements; deletion requests are assessed accordingly.
